Following the lives of residents of a quaint Northern California town, Virgin River primarily centers on nurse Melinda “Mel” Monroe (Alexandra Breckenridge). As Mel goes through love, heartbreak, and plenty of twists, folks can’t help but love her story of overcoming it all. And given that season 6 saw her finally wed her fiancé, Jack Sheridan (Martin Henderson), it’s only fair we find out what’s next for our favorite couple! “There’s going to be a little Mel and Jack romantic getaway to look forward to,” she teased us back in October 2025. “We also get to find out what happened with Marley offering her baby to Mel and Jack. We dive headfirst into that storyline.”
