Carly rushes into Sonny’s house freaking out, while Sonny does his usual chill thing until Ric shows up to help them find Jason. That does not, as we could have foreseen, make Carly feel any better, so she makes her feelings known! (We’d be shocked if she hadn’t…)

Can Ric Help Jason?

Help Jason, she warns Ric after listening to his “I’m changed” spiel, and leaves. But Ric’s not sure they can get Sonny back. The WSB can just disappear Jason without much legal recourse.

That’s when Sonny fills him in on who Cullum really is: a double agent working with Sidwell. Sidwell’s outmaneuvered Sonny for now, but Cullum is still on the chopping block. In fact, why the hell didn’t Jason kill the man like he was supposed to?

Should Rocco Come Forward?

Lulu can’t get any information about Cullum from the hospital, and Nathan doesn’t have much info when he shows up at her door. Lulu then tells Nathan everything, even the stuff he didn’t see.

Rocco shot Cullum “because he was protecting Jason. And your sister.” It was self-defense. Nathan warns her that without any evidence, this won’t go anywhere. Don’t let Rocco confess. Jason’s protecting him, so let him. “Jason may never come home again,” Lulu realizes, but Nathan insists this is what Jason wants.

Where Will Danny Live?

As Alexis and Tracy catch up at Alexis’ house, the lawyer breaks the news that Jason told her before he was abducted by the feds that he wants Danny living with her. Tracy, of course, guffaws, but Alexis sells the change as best as possible, saying Danny and Scout can spend time together at her home, see Tracy all they want and get peace and calm.

Then Carly shows up to offer her unsolicited two cents when Tracy says Danny will be living with Alexis. Alan and Monica made a mistake clamping down on Jason after his accident, Carly reminds them. It pushed him right to Sonny. Give Danny some room, and give him a safe space. He’s Jason’s son.

Did Lucas Get Marco Killed?

Ava brings coffee and pastries to Lucas, who’s curled up, hugging a pillow on the couch. He mournfully tells Ava he and Marco were in the best place they’d ever been. They saw each other and loved each other.

Ava promises her nephew he has nothing to regret, the two of them made the most of their time together. But… Lucas is already sure Marco died because of him. And Sidwell. And he’ll make sure the cops know that.

Can Dante Find Marco’s Killer?

Sidwell pops up at the police station demanding to know if they’ve arrested his son’s murderer. Dante ushers him into the interrogation room, where Sidwell tells the commissioner to focus on his father. He wanted Marco dead.

Dante won’t bite, though, which just ticks off Sidwell, who snarls at him to recuse himself from the investigation. And when Dante tries asking for any other enemies who’d attack his son, Sidwell doubles down on Jason and Sonny, then walks out, only to see Lucas walk in.

Sidwell rushes over and gives him a fierce hug. “You loved my son. I am so grateful I got to see how happy you made him. Thank you for loving my boy.” He promises that Wyndemere will always be Lucas’ home. Lucas just stands, frozen, tears in his eyes.

Joss Debriefs Britt

Josslyn pounds on Britt’s door, demanding to know “What the hell happened to Jason??” Britt doesn’t know much, since she was unconscious for half the battle, but she explains how everything went down, how all their plans fell apart. She doesn’t even know why Jason told her to tell the cops he shot Cullum.

More: Nathan Parsons is expecting a child!

They move onto Marco, and Britt blames herself, too. But Joss points out that Cullum was willing to take out his partner’s son — and that’s information they can use.

In the Show’s Final Moments

Answering Dante’s questions in the station, Lucas backs off of Sidwell, insisting Marco would never be involved with him or anything illegal. “What about my father?” Dante asks. They made peace, Lucas says.

Sidwell arrives at Ava’s door and tells her about his encounter with Lucas, breaking down as he does. Ava comforts him as best she can as Sidwell starts sobbing. His death was horrible and painful. “That’s personal,” Sidwell knows. “That’s a message. Is it my fault? Did I get my son killed?” Well…

Sonny says he needs Ric to help him take down Sidwell and Cullum while they think they hold all the cards. “They don’t know what you and I can do,” Ric warns.

And Josslyn tells Britt that they can’t help Jason. They can only help themselves. Britt warns that if Cullum recovers, they’re all dead. So… maybe he shouldn’t recover, Doctor Britt, Josslyn suggests.

On the next General Hospital, Josslyn makes an offer. We suppose that’s better than an order! Be sure to check out all the spoilers for Friday, March 27, for all the soaps.
