The Friday, March 2o episode of General Hospital saw several characters land in dangerous spots. Jason (Steve Burton) had to abandon his plan to take out Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), only to be hit with an arrest warrant that threatened his plan to flee Port Charles; Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) was poised to finally get her hands on her medication, but a suspicious Rocco (Finn Carr) followed her; Nathan (Ryan Paevey) caught Jack (Chris McKenna) red-handed in Britt’s room; and Marco (Adrian Anchondo) received a visit from a knife-wielding Cullum! Keep reading for all the details.

Exit Strategy

Jason stood on a rooftop across from the WSB building, his rifle trained on Cullum, who was in the midst of a discussion with Brennan inside his office. Jason put his finger on the trigger, but soon had second thoughts, unwilling to kill Brennan. Jason tried again to get a clear shot on Cullum and checked his watch, growing anxious about the time. Eventually, he aborted the mission.

Inside Jack’s office, Cullum told Brennan he didn’t believe that Jason and Britt had gone their separate ways after Jason risked his life to rescue Britt from The Five Poppies. “He’s far more involved in this than we know,” insisted Cullum, who voiced his skepticism that Brennan wouldn’t be able to prove his theory. “I’m starting to wonder whether I should believe you at all,” he told Brennan in a warning tone. Brennan denied the accusation, but Cullum theorized that he was trying to protect Britt and Jason out of loyalty to Carly. “You think I’m working with Morgan and Britt Westbourne?” scoffed Jack. “Prove it. Better yet, bring it to the Bureau.” He scoffed that the WSB would not only laugh Cullum out of the room, but “they might start looking at you, Cullum.” He ordered Cullum to stay out of his way.

Friend of a Friend

At the hospital, Lucas clutched the precious vial of Britt’s medication, which Marco had secured. Marco reassured him that the theft wouldn’t automatically be traced back to him, pointing out that Cullum was likely to suspect that Britt and Jason were behind it. Lucas was still worried about the risk Marco had taken, and felt guilty that he had pressured his lover into it. Marco declared that helping Britt was the right thing to do and worth the risk. “You’re worth the risk,” Marco added. They shared a kiss after agreeing to go look at a house on the lake for them to move into. Marco told Lucas he’d meet up with him that night at the Metro Court and they exchanged “I love you’s” as Marco headed to the door. As he prepared to walk out, though, he found Brad waiting on the other side of the door.

Brad apologized for stopping by without an appointment, but Lucas gave Marco the nod to leave, then told Brad to make it quick because he was busy. Brad pointedly asked if Britt was one of the things Lucas was busy with. Lucas tried to deflect, but Brad revealed that he knew Britt was in trouble, “the life or death kind,” and that Lucas was helping her. Brad pleaded with Lucas to come through for his best friend. Lucas acknowledged that his history with Britt was messy but said a lot had changed. Lucas was surprised to hear that Britt had told Brad everything, but vowed, “I will come through for her, Brad.” “I’m gonna hold you to it,” replied Brad before walking out.

Pier Pressure

Britt was in her room, packing up the rest of her belongings, when Rocco stopped by unexpectedly. He explained that he was interested in G.H.’s medical mentorship program for high school students, which she had founded, and was pleased to hear he was considering a career in medicine. Britt was touched when he asked her to be his mentor but, given her plans to flee Port Charles, she knew she couldn’t accept and stammered that her schedule was in flux. “I don’t know if I’m going to be around,” she said, and Rocco’s face fell. Noticing her suitcase, Rocco asked Britt if she was leaving town.

Britt denied it, saying she was simply putting some of her stuff into storage since her room was so small. She then suggested that Lucas serve as Rocco’s mentor. Britt’s phone pinged with a message from “C” (Cullum), ordering out to Wyndemere immediately. Rocco picked up on her sudden change in demeanor and asked her if she was okay. Britt insisted she was fine and ushered Rocco out. Once alone, she got a text from Lucas letting her know he had secured the medication, and Britt practically melted with relief. She texted him back, asking him to meet her at Pier 55, then grabbed her stuff and headed out.

Britt was the first to arrive at the pier and was unaware that someone was watching her from the shadows. Lucas showed up and handed her the vial. She thanked him profusely. “Don’t thank me, thank Marco,” he replied. Their conversation was overheard by the person tracking Britt — Rocco!

Game Delay

Nathan went to Dante’s office and revealed that Lulu “might have a problem with the WSB.” Nathan told Dante that he had been at Lulu’s place that morning (to which Dante had a strained reaction) when Cullum showed up, claiming to be looking for Charlotte. “I’m telling you, Dante, something was off,” Nathan frowned. “We do not want this Cullum guy anywhere near Lulu.” Dante didn’t quite understand what the big deal was and suggested that Nathan was merely feeling overly protective of Lulu. Nathan maintained that there was something fishy about Cullum showing up, repeatedly, to speak to Lulu’s kids. Dante then got a call from none other than Cullum.

At Miller & Davis, Alexis vented to Suzanne about her meeting with Tracy and fretted that Jason might not choose her to be Danny’s guardian. Alexis lamented that she had promised Sam that she would look after her kids and felt she was falling short, with Scout living at Willow and Drew’s and Danny potentially staying with the Quartermaines. After giving Alexis a pep talk, Suzanne left to file some paperwork. Alexis stayed behind to brush up on the rules of basketball in preparation for going to Danny’s game. Marco came by and gave her a few basketball tips before Alexis headed to the high school.

Alexis caught up to Jason outside the school and asked Jason if he’d made a decision about Danny’s guardianship, adding that she knew Sam would be pleased with Jason making arrangements for their son. She made one last plea for Jason to choose her over Tracy, but before Jason could respond, Dante approached. “We’ve got a problem,” he informed Jason. Noting that the game was about to start, Jason tried to get out of the conversation, but Dante told him that wasn’t an option. “You’ve gotta come with me down to the station now,” he declared. Jason protested, noting that he hadn’t done anything wrong. Dante clarified that the warrant he was executing didn’t come from the PCPD — it came from the WSB.

Public Display of Affection

Kristina and Jacinda dined at the Metro Court after Jacinda loaned a bracelet from the Crimson accessories closet for Kristina to wear to the reopening of Charlie’s. Jacinda filled Kristina in about how she and Michael had wound up getting intimate at the gatehouse, which Olivia had walked in on. “Whatever you think happened, did,” sighed Jacinda of Olivia’s overblown reaction. She explained to Kristina that she had some history with Olivia, as she used to bring her clients to the hotel for introductory meetings and Liv had shooed her out a time or two. After bubbling about how well things were going between her and Michael, Jacinda apologized for monopolizing the conversation and asked Kristina about whether she was interested in anyone. At that, Kris looked up at her, then responded that she was focused on work. She explained that she had a track record of disastrous relationships, and Jacinda chirped that she never knew when her luck might change.

Olivia summoned Ned and a grumpy Tracy to the Quartermaine living room for a family meeting. Michael sauntered in just as Olivia was saying how she hoped “he” would be reasonable and asked who Olivia was referring to. Olivia began speechifying about the importance of setting a good example for the children in the house. Tracy interrupted to cut to the chase: “Michael, you’re the reason we’re all here.” Michael realized that his tryst with Jacinda was the subject of the meeting and felt his kin was overreacting.

Olivia told Michael that the real issue was not where Michael and Jacinda had sex, but his choice of partner. She made it clear that she disapproved of Michael dallying with a former sex worker. Tracy leaped to Michael’s defense (getting in a few digs about Ned and Olivia’s own past scandals), and Michael barked that he wouldn’t allow his family to speak Jacinda in a disparaging way. He called out Ned and Olivia for their holier-than-thou attitudes and reminded them that his grandmother, Bobbie, had once been a sex worker. Tracy interrupted to tell Michael that he needed to do right by Jacinda, and Michael agreed that Jacinda deserved to be treated with respect. With that, he headed to the Metro Court. Approaching Jacinda and Kristina, he asked Jacinda for permission to kiss her in front of everyone. Once confirming that Olivia wasn’t there, a beaming Jacinda gave her consent, and they shared a passionate smooch.

Dangerous Liaisons

Brennan went to Britt’s room. Finding it empty, he began looking around. Nathan arrived in the doorway. “What are you doing in my sister’s room?” he demanded.

While toiling at his desk, Marco got a text from Lucas, letting him know he was meeting Britt. Cullum showed up at the otherwise empty office, and Marco was alarmed to see him — and that’s without even noticing the knife in Cullum’s hand….
