Coronation Street fans remember Lisa Connor-Swain history after George Shuttleworth interrogation
Coronation Street viewers believe they’ve ‘sussed out’ the owner of the blood-stained brooch discovered in Todd Grimshaw and Theo Silverton’s flat.
Last month, tormentor Theo (James Cartwright) was killed after his reign of terror over Todd (Gareth Pierce) came to light, sparking another mystery on the enduring ITV soap.
The roster of suspects includes Todd, Christina Boyd (Amy Robbins), George Shuttleworth (Tony Maudsley), Summer Spellman (Harriet Bibby), Gary Windass (Mikey North), and Danielle Silverton (Natalie Anderson).

And this week, George found himself under scrutiny after the police stumbled upon one of his jumpers with blood on the sleeve. Although George claimed that the blood was Theo’s, it was from a scuffle he had with Theo prior to his death.
However, George also asserted that he spent the night alone on a walk, but lacked an alibi or anyone to corroborate this. And in Wednesday’s episode (May 6), after spending the night in a cell, George faced further questioning about his whereabouts on the night Theo was murdered, reports the Liverpool Echo.

George was then presented with a photograph of a brooch smeared with blood, which was unearthed at Todd and Theo’s flat. George was asked if he had ever seen it before, but said he had no clue where it had originated from.
But now, fans are convinced they know who the brooch belongs to. On a Coronation Street Facebook fan page, one individual queried: “Does anyone recognise the brooch, yet? I couldn’t quite make it out. Who could it be related to?”

A large number of viewers believe it belongs to Theo’s ex-wife Danielle. “I’m hoping it’s the ex-wife,” one viewer expressed. Another person chimed in, “Yes, I think it’s Danielle who murdered him.” A third added: “It will belong to Theo’s ex-wife…”
However, other fans are pointing fingers at Summer, with one viewer commenting: “I’d say it’s Summers as more likely the kind of thing she would have.” Another concurred: “Summer.”

Meanwhile, Corrie producer Kate Brooks recently disclosed when Theo’s killer will be revealed – fans will have to be patient. She confirmed: “It’s later in the summer.
“We reveal to the audience who it is during late June/July. There are lots of people you definitely think could be. It’s a massive story, there are so many different twists, and there are so many different offshoots to the story as well.”
Kate tantalisingly added, “You think you’re watching one thing, and then it diverts into a completely new kind of story territory. It’ll definitely keep people guessing.”
