General Hospital Spoilers: Britt Shattered, Carly Schemes, and a Gun in the Attic

Thursday, March 5 in General Hospital is pure Port Charles chaos — the kind where no one gets coffee without stumbling into surgery, espionage, or a near hostage crisis.

Britt’s Worst Nightmare in the OR

At General Hospital, Britt Westbourne faces a case that could haunt her forever. The mystery woman pulled from the water earlier in the week — Delilah — is rushed into emergency surgery. She’s seven months pregnant and crashing fast. Britt doesn’t hesitate. She barks orders at Lucas Jones and pushes for immediate surgery, knowing every second counts.

But this isn’t just another high-risk procedure.

All signs point to a devastating outcome: the baby may survive in what could be called a miracle… but Delilah may not. If the mother bleeds out on Britt’s table, it will shatter her. With Huntington’s disease already looming over her future and her personal life in constant turmoil, losing a pregnant patient could be the emotional breaking point she’s been barely holding off.

And someone sees the fallout.

Elizabeth Baldwin catches Britt in a rare moment of vulnerability. The composed, cutting “Britch” façade cracks. Elizabeth will want to help — it’s who she is — but whether Britt allows herself to lean on anyone is another matter entirely.

Carly Plays With Fire at Wyndemere

Meanwhile, trouble is brewing at Wyndemere. Carly Spencer simply cannot resist inserting herself into danger, and this time she’s playing a risky game with international villain Jens Sidwell.

Carly snoops around his home and discovers a safe — because of course she does. Unfortunately, Sidwell returns before she can do much more than panic and improvise. Carly pivots into charm mode, pretending innocence while he casually discusses plans for an extravagant dinner party.

A dinner party… hosted by a dangerous criminal.

Whether Sidwell believes Carly’s act is unclear, but he begins hinting at a larger scheme — and he may want her involved.

Watching from the shadows? Ava Jerome. She witnesses Carly and Sidwell together and immediately jumps to the wrong conclusion. Romance? Partnership? Betrayal? Ava doesn’t need facts — she needs leverage. When Sidwell later admits there’s plotting involved and invites Ava to join forces, Port Charles may be looking at the most volatile alliance imaginable.

Josslyn Armed and Ready

Elsewhere, Josslyn Jacks is done being naïve. She grills Marco Rios with sharp suspicion, clearly sensing something isn’t right.

But things escalate when Josslyn heads home and senses an intruder.

Instead of calling for backup, she draws a gun.

Up in the attic, Valentin Cassadine is secretly meeting with his daughter, Charlotte Cassadine. He promises he’s working on a plan while urging her to be patient — a tall order for a Cassadine.

Then Josslyn bursts in.

Whether she finds Valentin alone or with Charlotte, the confrontation is explosive. Valentin will have to talk fast — because Carly’s daughter is armed and demanding answers.

Jordan’s Secret and Lulu’s Complicated Heart

Across town, Jordan Ashford waits for Curtis Ashford to answer a life-changing question: will he move in? But a pregnancy test lurking nearby threatens to complicate everything. If Jordan is expecting — especially with other baby drama already swirling — Curtis’s world could implode.

And finally, Lulu Spencer shares an intimate moment with Nathan West — a kiss loaded with history and confusion. But someone is watching. If it’s Maxie Jones, emotions could erupt. If it’s Liesl Obrecht, the fallout could be nuclear.

Thursday delivers heartbreak, suspicion, secrets, and a gun pointed at a Cassadine. Just another day in Port Charles.
