General Hospital Spoilers Tuesday, March 3: Lies, Regrets, and a Whole Lot of Rage

Another week in General Hospital, another round of secrets nobody learns from. Tuesday, March 3 is shaping up to be less about resolution and more about confrontation — the kind where everyone smiles to your face and sharpens the knife behind their back.

Let’s start with the woman of the hour: Willow Corinthos. Once upon a time she was a teacher, then a nurse, then the moral center of the room. Now? She’s sitting in a congressional seat that used to belong to Drew Cain — who, inconveniently, was shot and left everyone scrambling for answers. With suspicion still swirling around Michael Corinthos, Willow has stepped into power fast. Too fast.

On Tuesday, Laura Collins corners her. And when the mayor of Port Charles starts asking questions, they’re never casual. Laura wants to know whether Willow plans to serve the people — or serve herself. Because no one slides into Congress without an agenda. Willow will likely flash that composed smile and promise integrity. But spoilers make it clear: she has her own plans. Laura may nod politely, but you can bet she’s filing every word away for later.

Meanwhile, over at the Quartermaine mansion, emotional damage control is in progress. Harrison Chase is suddenly regretting his obsessive crusade against Michael — yes, the same crusade that included punching him. Now Chase is apologizing to Ned Quartermaine and vowing to refocus on his marriage to Brook Lynn Quartermaine.

He says he can fix it “immediately.” Tracy isn’t buying that for a second.

Tracy Quartermaine delivers the line of the day when she challenges Brook Lynn: does she know Chase has let go of his anger, or is that just what she wants to believe? Ouch. And let’s not forget — Brook Lynn and Chase are trying to adopt. Tracy questions whether a marriage still simmering with resentment is stable enough for a child. Harsh? Maybe. Wrong? Probably not.

Across town at the PCPD, chaos reigns as usual. Dante Falconeri is juggling family drama, departmental pressure, and now an exploding ADA. Justine Turner is furious after the final lead in Drew’s shooting goes nowhere. The case is officially a dead end — for now.

Dante summons Michael, who understandably fears the worst. Is this the moment the cuffs come out? Not quite. Dante admits they don’t have enough to charge him. The investigation has stalled. Michael walks away relieved — but suspicious. In Port Charles, “unsolved” never means “over.”

Elsewhere, Trina Robinson gets blindsided when her parents, Curtis Ashford and Portia Robinson, request a joint meeting. Anytime parents say “we need to talk,” it’s bad news. Trina senses something brewing and demands answers — but if history tells us anything, they’ll drag it out instead of just telling the truth.

And then there’s the Corinthos meltdown of the week.

Kristina Corinthos-Davis explodes over Willow’s appointment to Congress, furious that the opportunity didn’t go to Alexis Davis. She rages that it isn’t fair — and honestly, in this town, when is it? Sonny Corinthos tries to calm her, but he’s juggling his own strategic chessboard and questionable alliances. The old Sonny might’ve flipped a table. This version plots quietly.

So Tuesday delivers: political deception, marital doubt, prosecutorial fury, parental secrecy, and Corinthos-level outrage.

Will anything be resolved? Of course not.

Willow keeps her seat. Chase keeps doubting. Michael keeps watching his back. Tracy keeps being right.

And we keep tuning in — exhausted, frustrated, and absolutely unable to look away.
